How a graduate tutoring service scaled from $5k to $35k per month on Meta.

The Challenge
A proven offer trapped under a creative volume ceiling.
The graduate tutoring service came to us already profitable. $5k/month in Meta spend was converting consistently — the offer worked, the funnel worked, the customer loved the product enough to come back for multiple exam cycles. The ceiling wasn't demand. The ceiling was creative.
The two existing winning ads had been running for months and were starting to fatigue. CPMs were climbing. CTR was slipping. Every new ad the team shipped either flopped or barely matched the control. They couldn't scale budget without cost per acquisition climbing in lockstep, and the small internal team couldn't ship creative fast enough to test their way out of it.
What We Did
Build a creative testing engine that ships 20–30 new videos per week.
First, we restructured the creative brief into a repeatable template: hook, promise, proof, offer, CTA. One brief, one shot list, one editing pattern. That lets the production team — whether in-house or partner — ship 4–6 videos per day without a bottleneck.
Second, dedicated testing campaigns separated from scaling campaigns. New ads get $100-$200 of test budget, statistical significance threshold at 100+ purchases, winners graduate to the scaling campaign, losers get killed inside a week. Third, Advantage+ Shopping campaigns on top of the scaling campaigns, letting Meta's algorithm expand to new audiences while the creative portfolio stays fresh.
The Result
$5k to $35k/mo in spend. Same ROAS. 7x LTV.
Over six months, monthly Meta spend scaled from $5k to $35k — a 7x increase. Return on ad spend held steady and in some months improved, because the creative portfolio refresh cycle kept CPMs down and CTRs up. The customer LTV also lifted 7x year-over-year as the new creative concepts attracted higher-quality enrollment cohorts.
The real win: the creative engine is now a repeatable asset. The business can plan budget scaling against a creative pipeline instead of hoping a single winner holds up. That's the difference between an account that plateaus and one that compounds.
